Vozzcom’s executive team is comprised of talented, ambitious, and hardworking individuals with diverse backgrounds, education, and experience various industries including broadband services, management, engineering, marketing, customer service, and finance.

 

Additionally, team members have established business relationships and are highly regarded business men and women in the broadband industry. The executive staff has over 60 years of collective experience providing broadband fulfillment services to the following companies over the past several years: Adelphia, AT&T, Cablevision, Charter, Comcast, Cox and Time Warner.

 

Doreen Vozzola, President

 

Heads up one of the largest cable outsourcing businesses in America. Vozzcom, Inc.'s field techs provide superior customer service in several cable industry disciplines including installations, system audits, disconnects, equipment recovery, equipment changeouts, drops, traps, premise wiring and MDU pre- and post- wire. The company is a certified member of Women in Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). As a co-founder of Vozzcom, she has helped to define a mission that is focused on providing Vozzcom clients with highly specialized field techs who can easily speak to cable customers about all aspects of cable.

 

Over the past seven years, Vozzcom has grown to include more than 25 offices with operations in 12 states, serving millions of cable customers a year. With over 10 years in the cable industry, Doreen has passed her customer service knowledge to the field operations, allowing Vozzola's employees to establish relationships with cable's customers that translate into some of the highest customer retention rates in the industry. Doreen participates on several cable and diversity panels each year during the Cable Show and SCTE Cable Tec-Expo for the Walter Kaitz Foundation, discussing the challenges of business in the 21st Century. She remains committed to the belief that happy employees are committed employees who go above and beyond to ensure Vozzcom's clients are being serviced by the best workforce in the business. To accomplish this, she maintains that all Vozzcom field techs are employees of the company, never contract workers, with each provided exceptional family benefits including medical, vision, and matching 401(k).

 

David E. Vozzola, Chief Operating Officer

 

Dave co-founded Vozzcom in December of 2000 with nearly 20 years of experience in the communications industry serving in top operations and management positions including as President, Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for various communications and human resource companies. He was previously the President of Communication Resources Incorporated (CRI) managing a 1000-person broadband fulfillment company operating in 65 cities and 35 states before it was acquired by Viasource, a national publicly traded broadband fulfillment company.

 

At Viasource, he served as a division president responsible for the company’s Southeast operations. David earned a BS in Computer Engineering with Distinction and an MS in Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University.

 

Mark Ecsedy, Vice President Mid-Atlantic Region

 

Ecsedy joined the company in 2004 as an area manager, overseeing the Mid-Atlantic Region. Ecsedy earned a BA Degree in Pathobiology from the University of Connecticut. He began his career as a chemist, moving through the management ranks to Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. In 1995, he took a position with Northeast Utilities, New England's largest utility systems where he first began servicing customers on the front lines. In 1997, he moved to Orlando, Florida where he started his cable career. Since joining Vozzcom, he has managed several start-up operations in the Mid-Atlantic and Pacific Northwest regions. Over the past 12 months, he launched eight new operations for Vozzcom in North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia.

 

Terry Board, Controller

 

Terry has spent the last decade working in the finance arena. She has a B.S. from Florida Atlantic University. In her role at Vozzcom, she oversees all financial aspects of the company including invoicing and accounts payable.
